GENERAL INFORMATION

The City of Brenham is proposing to annex a portion of two (2) County Roads that are contiguous to and run parallel to the boundaries of the City. The areas surrounding these roadways were annexed by the City as follows: 

• Sections 2024-01 and 2024-02: A 52.428-acre tract was annexed by the City in 2020 upon request of the property owner (Stylecraft Homes). This land is currently being developed as Vintage Farms Subdivision.
• Sections 2024-03, 2024-04 and 2024-05: This area was originally annexed back in 1984 and is now known as the Scenic Estates Subdivision.  The roadway and right-of-way being annexed is Old Masonic Road, which runs along the back side of Scenic Estates.
