Want to help save lives and make a difference in Brenham? Volunteer as a firefighter!
The Brenham Fire Department is currently seeking men and women interested in joining. You'll train with the best and have access to first-class equipment. You'll also share in the camaraderie of the department. Volunteers are covered by Worker's Comp and accident insurance policies and the City contributes to the Texas Firefighters Pension Fund on behalf of the volunteers.
The Brenham Fire Department is a combination fire department with some paid but mostly volunteer members. We feel that we are an elite organization with goals, policies, performance and a philosophy, which is a "cut" above other fire departments. You must evaluate your commitment to this organization as being one of dedication and performance before acceptance to our organization.
We will provide training, motivation, protective gear and insurance. You provide your personal commitment to excellence.
