Crossover Nature Trail

Located off of the walking trail behind the Dr. Bobbie M. Dietrich Memorial Amphitheatre - 1825 North Park Street

There are 2,698 ft (0.59 miles) of trails to enjoy and over 50 vertical feet of rise within the park. This area of the park encompasses over 5 acres of land.

There are many environments to explore. Such as bog/wetland areas, grassy fields, forested areas and pollinator gardens. The design of this trail system is for both recreation and educational purposes.

The Dr. Bobbie M. Dietrich Memorial Amphitheatre was built in the summer of 2011 and designed to model the outdoor theatre of Ancient Greece. It was graciously donated to the City by Dr. Wilfred Dietrich in memory of his loving wife Dr. Bobbie M Dietrich. The Dietrich's shared a love for the performing arts and this gift will enhance education and visual arts for the community. The Amphitheatre features benched seating for 250 and additional grass seating for a variety of events including theatrical plays, weddings, and concerts. A dressing room area is available as is lighting for evening performances.
