Doggy Day Out Program
The goal of the Doggy Day Out (DDO) Program is to give our dogs an opportunity to destress by being removed from the loud shelter environment for a few hours. The Program allows them to gain useful life skills while being mentally stimulated by new experiences. The Program will also allow them to meet and interact with people who are most likely never to visit the shelter.
You must be 18 years of age and older to participate! Also, you must be a registered volunteer. More information regarding volunteerism, can be found here: Volunteer Application & Orientation. Note: An additional in-person application and approval process is required before participants can schedule a DDO adventure.
