Town Hall - Annexation - October 29

There will be a Town Hall on possible annexation of approximately 239.463 acres of land on October 29, 2019, at 5:30 pm in City Hall Council Chambers.

The City Council is considering the annexation of 249.434 acres (75 tracts). These tracts are located in the following areas:

Scenic Estates Subdivision: An area on the west side of Old Masonic Road consisting of seven (7) tracts totaling 0.6327 acres.
Southwest Industrial Park: An area bounded by Industrial Blvd., Hueske Lane and FM 389. This area consists of one (1) tract totaling 44.068 acres.
Southwest Area: This area consists of the east side of Farmers Road between FM 389 and Old Mill Creek Road, and the north side of Old Mill Creek, between the current city limit line and Jackson Creek. The Southwest Area consists of sixty-seven (67) tracts totaling 194.762 acres.
