Brenham, TX

Beginning Wednesday, April 15th, work will begin on the creek crossing between Longwood Dr. and FM 332. Work consists of removing the old corrugated culverts, guardrail and relocating the crossing. This crossing will be widened using concrete drainage boxes along with the addition of new guardrails and a new roadway to alleviate the current conditions.

The expected closure will be approximately 90-120 days if weather conditions are favorable. A detour around this construction area will be FM 389 and FM 332. The road will be closed to thru traffic, but local traffic may enter for access to residences and businesses. 

Also, please park all cars in driveways or off of the roadways between the hours of 8:00 am- 5:00 pm, and if you have a sprinkler system, we ask that you turn it off during this time.
