The Brenham City Council will discuss retaining litigation counsel during the August 4, 2022, City Council meeting in relation to a lawsuit filed by Aviators Plus, LLC who serves as the Brenham Municipal Airport’s Fixed Base Operator (FBO). An FBO is a commercial enterprise that’s been granted the right by an airport to operate on its property to provide aviation services such as fuel sales, aircraft repair and maintenance, and other services.
