Washington County Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Financing Workshop to be held April 26, 2023

Texas PACE Authority will be hosting a free seminar on April 26, 2023, at the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. PACE is a financial tool that incentivizes Texas property owners to upgrade facility infrastructure with little or no capital outlay. The program enables owners to lower their operating costs and use the savings to pay for eligible water conservation, energy efficiency, resiliency, and distributed generation projects. Eligible properties are Commercial Real Property, Industrial Real Property, and Multi-Family Residential Real Property.

Who Should Attend?

If you are a financial institution, commercial or non-profit property owner, contractor or trade, architect, or engineer, this workshop is for you.
