On April 28, 2023, at approximately 3:33 p.m., officers of the Brenham Police Department were dispatched to the 1500 block of Meadow Ln. in reference to shots fired call. Officers arrived on the scene and located a 17-year-old male, who sustained a single gunshot wound to his chest. Washington County EMS transported him to St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan, TX, where he is stable.
