BNSF Railway Plans Repair Work at W. Main Street and Alamo Street

The City of Brenham received notice that BNSF Railway plans to perform emergency repair work to the driving surfaces at the W. Main Street and Alamo Street railroad crossings. A road closure is anticipated with a detour and should be in place for no more than 12 hours daily.

Repair at W. Main Street is planned for Tuesday, July 18, 2023, and Alamo Street is planned for Thursday, July 20, 2023. Traffic on each construction day will detour from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM.
