Brenham, TX

The City of Brenham has observed a growing challenge that not only affects the flow of traffic but also the overall safety of our roads. Tree limbs that extend into our streets and right-of-ways have become an obstacle for buses, refuse trucks, emergency vehicles, and everyday commuters.

Many of the low-hanging limbs originate from private trees on residential and commercial properties. The City is asking residents and businesses to ensure limbs extending into streets are pruned up to (at least) 13 feet, and farther if possible.
