City of Brenham Invites Community to Ribbon Cutting for Academy Sports + Outdoors

The City of Brenham and elected officials invite the public to a ribbon cutting for the new Academy in Brenham, Texas at 8:30 AM. Academy will host grand opening festivities from Friday, September 15 through Sunday, September 17. Throughout the weekend, customers can look forward to special appearances by Food Network star and former pro football player Eddie Jackson, the Brenham High School cheer team, drumline, and mascot, as well as exclusive deals, giveaways, and more. The store will open at 9:00 AM.

Located at 1041 Nolan Street, the approximately 63,000-square-foot store brings a wide assortment of sports and outdoors merchandise to the area. This marks the fourth store Academy has opened in 2023.
