City of Brenham Police Department Executes Search Warrant and Makes Arrest of Brenham Resident

On April 02, 2024, the Brenham Police Department Crime Reduction Unit, in collaboration with the Washington County Sheriff's Office, Washington County DA's Office, Washington County EMS, and The Texas Game Wardens, executed a search warrant for narcotics at a residence located in the 2100 block of FM 389 during the early morning hours. The search proved to be successful, and no one was harmed during the operation. As a result of the search, narcotics, US currency, and weapons were discovered and seized from the premises, and one suspect, a 23-year-old Brenham resident Christian Torres, was arrested for an active felony warrant.
