Main Street Brenham announced today, April 14, 2023, that a record 40 eggs were entered in Main Street

Brenham’s Spring Eggs Art Walk. Voting was enthusiastic by visitors and residents alike for the decorated eggs that appeared at various locations in Downtown Brenham. The winners of each category are listed below:

1. Best of Show – Kieke Egg Farm - $200 – “EGGtraordinary Fish!!” – by Traci Moran
2. Adult – Best Easter Theme – Celia Haley - $125 – “He is Risen” – by Pat Gaskamp
3. Adult – Most Creative – Floyd's Lounge - $125 – “Eggcited for Easter” – by The Doty's
4. Adult – Judges Choice – The Pomegranate - $125 – “Paradise" – by Katie McCracken
5. Adult – Most Votes – Hermann Furniture - $125 – “Pickled Egg” – by Brenham Pickle Ball
6. Adult - Best Seasonal Theme – The Book Nook - $125 – “Meow, said the Rabbit” – by Bobbi Jo Supak
   Student – Best Easter Theme – Must Be Heaven- $125 – “The Cross of Jesus” – by 6th Grade Art Class F.B.C.S.
7. Student – Most Creative Theme – Brenham Foundry & Floral Co. - $125 – “Oh, the Places You'll Go” by BHS AVID
8. Student – Judges Choice – Upchurch Architects - $125 – “The Third Day” by Ella Knobloch
9. Student – Most Votes – The Canyon Chick - $125 – “Some Bunny Special” - by Jayci Moran
10. Student - Best Seasonal Theme – Texas Casual Cottages - $125 – “Easter at the Pool” – by BBAC Staff

Eggs may be purchased until Sunday, April 16th through an online auction at CityofBrenham.org/SpringEggs
