Peaceful Assembly: Protest Planned with Law Enforcement Support for Safety

The Brenham Police Department would like to inform the community of a scheduled “No Kings” protest on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM near 2600 Highway 36 South. The Police Department is collaborating with event organizers to maintain a safe and orderly demonstration.

The event is expected to be peaceful and should not disrupt traffic; however, motorists are encouraged to consider alternate routes during this time. An increased police presence will be in effect to facilitate the event and maintain public safety.

We are dedicated to upholding the right to peaceful assembly while prioritizing community safety. We ask all attendees and residents to remain respectful, comply with laws, and cooperate with law enforcement.
