Notice of Road Closure for the FY 2024 Water & Wastewater Main Replacement Project

The City of Brenham has hired JTM Construction, LLC for the completion of the FY 2024 Water & Wastewater Main Replacement Project. To successfully and safely complete the Water & Wastewater Main Replacement Project, a portion of E Stone Street (Intersection of E Stone and Heritage Drive) will be shut down and detoured from South Market Street to Baylor Street. This road closure will start on Monday September 22, 2025 and last for approximately 5 days.

Work zones and traffic control will be present where construction is taking place. City staff and contractors will work with residents for access to and from residences throughout this process. Please be patient with work crews and work zones as they work to minimize the impact to the City of Brenham residents.
