The Little Free Library in City Parks

Three new Little Free Libraries have been added to three of our local parks: Jerry Wilson, Hattie Mae Flowers, and Jackson Street will join the movement to share books, bring people together, and create a community of readers.

You can find a Little Free Library near you using the organization's online map.

Original Press Release

March 22, 2021 - Little Free Library (LFL) is the world's largest book-sharing movement.

The Fortnightly Club and City of Brenham will host a grand opening for our Little Free Libraries on Tuesday, April 6, starting at 4:00 pm, full schedule below. The celebration is open to the public. We invite families to bring a book to help stock our libraries and share it with the community. The Fortnightly Club will continually monitor the libraries to ensure books remain appropriate and also restock when needed.
